Little Wishes
WHAT WE DO
Little Wishes helps pay for after-school activities – like sports, music, dance, arts, clubs (such as Scouts and Campfire) and more. Little Wishes can also help you pay for things like hair care and school expenses – including school pictures, field trip fees, and yearbooks.

Before you can use Little Wishes, your DCFS social worker must complete and return a Treehouse referral for each eligible participant. See our complete eligibility guidelines.
HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES
This tool is designed to help you find businesses in your community that offer activities, but you are not limited to the business on this list. We encourage you to contact a variety of businesses to find the best fit for you.
You can use this list to look for a specific activity, or you can browse through it to get ideas about activities you might want to try. This list is just a starting point. If you want funding for a different activity or you would like to work with a business that is not on the list, just contact us and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll tell you whether Treehouse can help pay for it.
Follow these steps to access Little Wishes funding:
1. Choose an activity/location and make sure it is a good fit.- Call or visit the business to learn more so you can decide whether this activity is right for you or your child and family.
- Ask if the business offers scholarships or financial assistance to ensure Little Wishes can provide the activity at the lowest cost to you.
- You are not limited to the businesses listed on our web site. If your activity is not listed here, please call Little Wishes at (206) 267-5125 to give us the business name, address and phone number.
2. Contact Little Wishes BEFORE starting an activity and before paying. Before you sign up for an activity, you need to call Little Wishes to give us the following information:
- type of activity
- name of the business
- location where the activity will take place
- activity’s start and end dates
- total cost for the activity
- whether you will need additional supplies or equipment in order to participate
